Work that makes a difference
Disability Life Skills Coach
We’re looking for a passionate, friendly, and supportive individual to lead engaging programmes for children, young people, and young adults with special educational needs and disabilities.

As part of our Stepping Stones Project, you’ll play a key role in helping participants develop essential life skills, build confidence, develop skills for volunteering and employment opportunities, and enhance their social and emotional well-being. This role involves both hands-on programme delivery and important administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.

If you’re enthusiastic about making a difference and empowering young people, we’d love to hear from you!
Support Workers
We are looking for fun, supportive and friendly individuals to join our Special educational needs and disability services team across Worthing and Crawley.

If you want to help children, young people and young adults with a disability build friendships and gain independence by supporting them during fun, recreational and leisure activities, this could be the job for you!

These roles are incredibly rewarding. We have seen many of our SEND team members go on to become Nurses, Speech and Language Therapists and work within schools. We also provide a range of training and development opportunities.

How to apply...
We’re happy to speak to you if you have any questions, just give us a call on 01403 218888.
As part of the recruitment process, we’d love to show you round so you can get a feel for our values and the work we do. We also provide interview questions in advance because we want you to shine in the interview, rather than it be a test of your memory.
