Springboard – Customer Service Advisor
SEND Service
We are looking for fun, supportive and friendly individuals to join our SEND team across services in Sutton, Horsham, Worthing and Crawley.
If you want to help children, young people and young adults with a disability build friendships and gain independence by supporting them during fun, recreational and leisure activities, this could be the job for you!
These roles are incredibly rewarding. We have seen many of our SEND team members go on to become Nurses, Speech and Language Therapists and work within schools. We also provide a range of training and development opportunities.

We are looking for both sessional (as and when) and individuals who are looking for regular weekly hours
Stepping Stones Project
Springboard’s Stepping Stones project for disabled children, young people and their families engages and targets health and wellbeing, social isolation, transitioning and raising aspirations. Through these focus areas we help to develop independence and life skills, nurture learning, support friendships and enhance physical and emotional wellbeing.
This is a new three-year project launching in September, following a successful funding application to the National Lottery Community Fund. If you like to be part of something new, can bring innovation and creativity to your work, we’d love to hear from you.

There are plenty of volunteering opportunities with Springboard. We would welcome you bringing your own experience and we’ll be there to help and support you every step of the way.
Centre Volunteer
Do you enjoy tidying, sorting, cleaning, gardening, arts and crafts, Lego or DIY? We are always looking for people to help make our centre look even better and to help out at some of our fun clubs.
Community Ambassadors
Are you enthusiastic to help raise funds for Springboard? We’re looking for people to help at fundraising events, engage with donors and tell everyone about it on social media.
Activity Volunteer
Are you an understanding and caring individual who enjoys socialising and participating in fun activities, whilst helping young people with additional needs learn valuable life skills that will encourage their independence? We have opportunities in Horsham, Crawley, Worthing and Sutton.
